This cushion cover begins at the water's edge. Printed onto pure French organic linen, the image carries the same quality of stillness — the colours soft, the tones layered, the whole thing settling into the weave of the fabric as naturally as light settles onto a lake. The natural slubs and irregularities of the linen become part of the image rather than interrupting it. The reverse is plain natural linen: calm, unprinted, at rest.

In a room, it reads as a pause. A moment of quiet in a considered interior — the kind of object that earns its place not through statement, but through presence.
